Apply deep, probing pressure with fingertip, knuckle or soft-pointed object, such as a pencil eraser.

Acupoint 17: SJ-15

On top of the shoulder, half way between the neck and the outside of the shoulder

TCM: Triple Warmer 15

Acupoint 25: Bl-21

On the back, on a line with the elbows, about two thumb widths on either side of the spine

TCM: Bladder 21

Acupoint 27: (shoulder)

Slightly to the back of the muscle which goes from neck to shoulder, a little closer to the arm than to the neck

TCM: Not available

Acupoint 9: Bl-40

Between the two ligaments, behind the knee, on the crease formed when the leg is bent; note: if you have varicose veins, don't use this point

TCM: Bladder 40

Acupoint 4: Bl60

In the depression just behind the outer anklebone

TCM: Bladder 60

For increasing your energy, another chi-related trick you can try is to gently rub your palms together in a circular motion (the 'greedy' gesture) about 32 times or so.
