Apply deep, probing pressure with fingertip, knuckle or soft-pointed object, such as a pencil eraser.

Acupoint 3: SJ-5

Two thumb widths above the outside of the wrist, lined up with the middle finger

TCM: Triple Warmer 5

Acupoint 10: LU-11

Just behind the thumbnail, on the side opposite the fingers

TCM: Lung 11

Acupoint 15: Pc-9

On the middle finger, just above the nail, on the side closest to the thumb

TCM: Pericardium 9

Acupoint 26: (nostril)

Pinch the nostril, on the side opposite the septum; good for severe headache

TCM: Not available

Acupoint 8: LI-11

Bend your arm, hand to shoulder, and place your finger on the end of the crease on the outside of the arm; open your arm and stimulate the point

TCM: Large Intestine 11

Acupoint 16: Du-14

Between the two most prominent bones of the top of the spine

TCM: Governing Vessel 14

Acupoint 22: St-44

Just above the place where the second and third toes separate

TCM: Stomach 44

Acupoint 37: LI-1

On the index finger, just above the nail, on the side closest to the thumb

TCM: Large Intestine 1
